HIGH-TOUCH PACKAGES
Our Packages are extremely high touch. I'd even go so far as to say that this is a "different product" than the rest of the industry offers. To stress this, I've detailed the average number of hours we put into each Package (see below). I encourage you to ask other consultants how much time they average. We do way more.

Our Packages are Founder-led. They also include at least two sets of hands, with storytelling expert Sarah Rothschild typically working alongside Greg. This amplifies how much we cover, how well we cover it, and how often we engage. Sarah has a PhD in English; Greg is one of the most experienced consultants in the industry.

We have a unique Package model, whereby we allow you to pay for School Selection, Recommendation Reviews, Interview Prep, and Waitlist Support only if you need them. Even if other firms' Packages claim to be unlimited, I promise you they are not going as deep into these areas as many of our clients want to go.

If this feels too high-touch for you, we have alternatives. In fact, when we work with clients through large Hourly Services engagements, we usually cover all the same steps, but in a manner more tailored to you and at a price point that saves you thousands. We also have a unique-in-the-industry "hourly price cap" (see below).

School Selection, Interview Prep/Essays, Recommendation Reviews, and Waitlist Support are "Package Add-ons"
We treat these four items as Package Add-ons because applicants' needs for them vary greatly. By giving you discretion, we avoid charging everyone for things a lot of people don't want or need. For example, we have clients who want to spend 8 hours on Recommendation Reviews (if we are reviewing both multiple times), 6 hours on Interview Prep for one school (if it's their first or they're uncomfortable interviewing), and/or 6 hours on Waitlist Support (if it runs a few months). 

You are extremely unlikely to receive anything close to that much time on these workstreams elsewhere, even if they are "included" in a so-called "unlimited" Package. (Honestly, most consultants do not put 20 hours into a one-school Package across all workstreams.) By doing it this way, you control how deeply we invest in these areas, you will know that we are fully aligned, and you will still come out significantly ahead in terms of dollar spent per time / service / quality received.

  • You can add Hourly Services to a Package at our lowest rate tiers (e.g., for another school) — this is common and saves you money
  • We have a unique-in-the industry "hourly price cap" — I will never let you pay more hourly than you would have in our Package
  • Unlike other firms, we do not charge extra for HBS — there is an extra fee of $995 for Stanford, LBS, and INSEAD due to density
