PACKAGES
Every year, we work with applicants who previously worked with other leading firms. You can read their reviews here. These reports have unearthed several critical insights that are important to highlight about our Packages. In many cases, we didn't  realize the extent of these differences until applicants started telling us:

Volume of calls and interactions. Numerous applicants who completed Packages with other firms have told us that they only spoke to their consultant 2 or 3 times!! ​Our Packages typically include more calls than that just in the first couple of weeks, and ultimately several-fold more calls and interactions in total (see below).

Depth and quality of reviews. We are equally surprised to observe what other firms typically deliver in a resume or essay review. Applicants often tell us that while other firms advertise "unlimited reviews," each review amounts to little more than a handful of comments. Our reviews go way, way deeper than this.

Overall time and commitment. There are firms that charge over 50% more than we do because they promise a certain number of hours per engagement (e.g., 40-45 hours in a three-school Package). Whenever we read time figures like this, we are surprised at how low they are — for "unlimited" Packages, no less.

I hate describing our Packages in such comparative terms, but it is otherwise difficult to articulate major differences when every firm appears to do the same thing. If you drill down — by reading below and reading our reviews — you will see real differences in call volume, time, depth, quality, commitment, and care.

School Selection, Recommendation Feedback, Interview Prep/Essays, and Waitlist Support are not included in the base Package but can be added at major discounts: $195 (Senior Consultant) or $245 (Founder) per hour. If any of these items are super important to you, please let us know — we can send you a customized quote.

Why aren't these four items in the Package? Applicants' needs for these services vary exorbitantly. By giving you discretion, we avoid "charging everyone" for things a lot of people don't want or need. Our initial Package pricing is ~30% cheaper than peer averages as a result (consultant vs consultant, founder vs other top-ranked consultants). Even without these elements, I am confident that we put more time and depth into a given engagement than firms that advertise so-called "unlimited" Packages.

Combined with our unique-in-the-industry levels of call volume and review depth (see differentiators above), you come out significantly ahead in terms of dollar spent per time / service / quality received. You will also know that we are fully aligned — whereas, I promise you, other firms will become frustrated, limited, rushed, and/or superficial in their guidance if your recommenders need a lot of feedback, you want more than 60 or 90 minutes of interview prep, or you get waitlisted later on.
